Exchange policy
An exchange will be made if:
A. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
B. The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.
* Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.
Refund policy
Full refund of the product paid will be made if:
A. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
B. Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
Design and colour are shown as the picture.

A confirmation order will be send to the customer.
Payments
Customers must make full payment for the products they have ordered. We will not accept any downpayment.
Payment can be made by ATM fund transfer, Cheques.
Bank account no. will be send together with the confirmation order.
All prices are not inclusive of Singapore local delivery charges.
We accept:
DBS BANK, UOB BANK and OCBC BANK.
Delivery
The products will arrive to customer approximately 12 working days from the payments date.
Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail**. Normal mail postage for parcel below 2KG will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. There will be an additional SGD2.30 for registered mail. For parcel more than 2KG, the charges will go by Singpost local courier service rate.
* Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
* Above 10pcs of order will be entitle to one free delivery to one destination.
